In another development, in northern Syria, fighters of the Kurdish coalition “Syrian Democratic Forces” (SDF) attacked fighters of the “Syrian National Army” (SNA), an organization that is equally supported by Turkey. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), four SNA fighters were killed in the SDF attack, while three others were wounded.

The 2019 Turkish invasion in northern Syria destabilized the region and led to the creation of a new front of conflict between Kurdish forces and Turkish-backed factions.
