On Tuesday, October 6, the Russian air force carried out airstrikes on underground ISIS command posts in US-controlled territory in the northern part of the Syrian province of Deir ez-Zor.

According to information from the War Gonzo channel, one of the ISIS commanders, Abu Qatada, who was involved in the terrorist attack in the White Desert on August 18, where Russian Lieutenant General Vyacheslav Gladkikh, his military translator, and Syrian soldiers were killed, was at the underground post.

As a result of the Su-34 airstrike, both shelters were destroyed and about 30 terrorists were killed, including Abu Qatada.

The leadership of the International Antiterrorism Coalition did not comment on the incident to explain why members of the terrorist organization ISIS were freely located in the territory controlled by the United States.

We remind you that the Russian Lieutenant General was killed by a land mine explosion near the At-Taym oil field south of Deir Ez-Zor.
