Pictures from the graduation ceremony of the new Army Officers| Photos
Today, the Minister of Defence, Charalambos Petrides, handed over the swords to the new Army Officers of the 2020 class.
The graduation ceremony of the new Officers took place at the “Stavrou Stylianidis” camp in Kornos, in the presence of the Minister of Defence, the Chief of the National Guard, the political and military leadership, as well as relatives and friends.
The new Officers graduated from the Hellenic Military Academies, and more specifically the Army Academy (Military School “Evelpidon”), the Naval Academy, the Icarus School and the Military School of Combat Support Officers. As of today they have all joined the ranks of the National Guard.
Defence Minister Charalambos Petridis congratulated the officers who met the high demands of their Schools and wished them every success in their careers in the National Guard.
