Defence Redefined

The Online Exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Defence (MoD), of the study programs of Cyprus Universities starts today.

In his address, the Minister of Defence, Charalambos Petridis, stated that: “With great pleasure, we are organizing for the first time an online exhibition presenting the study programs offered by Cypriot universities.”

Understanding the importance of young people’s employment, this year the MoD undertook, due to the restrictive measures, the realization of an online exhibition, in which the universities of our country will exhibit their study programs in specially-designed virtual kiosks.

Each prospective student will have the opportunity to browse through the virtual space of the exhibition and have a live chat with university representatives. The online exhibition, which aims to inform the national guards, the executives and the staff of the National Guard in general, is also open to the public.

“We hope that this opportunity will help our young people in choosing the right field of study, so that they can achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams,” said the Minister of Defence.
