MEVACO S.A. announced to the investing public that it has entered into three new agreements with the INTRACOM DEFENSE S.A. for the manufacture, within its state-of-the-art production facilities, of metal components for defence systems intended for export.
Specifically, the contracts concern the construction of metal assemblies of PATRIOT anti-aircraft systems.
The signed agreements, with a total initial budget of USD 14.48 million and an estimated implementation period of around 24 months, follow previous contracts successfully completed between MEVACO and INTRACOM DEFENSE S.A.
MEVACO’s strategic goal is the consistent and systematic strengthening of its presence in the international defence systems market, which, in light of recent international developments, is showing rapidly growing interest and significant prospects for companies in the sector.
