According to an announcement by the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (GEETHA), on Monday, October 18, 2021 the Chief of GEETHA, General Constantinos Floros, met with Mr. Fotis Fotiou, Cyprus Presidential Commissioner for Humanitarian and Expatriate Issues.
During the meeting, which was held in a very warm atmosphere, issues related to the Commissioner’s competence were discussed, including the repatriation of the bones of Greek fighters killed during the 1974 Turkish invasion.
