A fundraising campaign has been launched in Lithuania for the purchase of a Bayraktar unmanned aircraft from Turkey, with the aim of donating it to Ukraine.

In particular, the journalist and presenter of Laisvės TV, Andrius Tapinas, has undertaken the promotion of this initiative, approved by the Ministries of Defence of Lithuania and Turkey. As he writes, the total of 5 million is needed and so far 1.5 million have been collected.
It is worth noting that the population of Ukraine is less than 3 million and the goal is to raise the amount within three weeks. Campaign motto, Bayraktar: Just Do it.
