A video recorded in 2018 by an F-18 fighter cockpit camera comes to light once again. The video captures the moment when lightning struck the aircraft dome, scaring the pilot, who instinctively leaned forward.
As the pilot flew with the twin-engine fighter, a loud bang was heard and a flash of light filled the screen, as you will see in the video.
The pilot was not seriously injured in the incident. Dozens of people still comment on the video, saying that it is a unique incident that was “caught” on camera and that the pilot was very “lucky”.
