On Friday, October 25, 2024, the operation to send humanitarian aid to Lebanon was successfully completed.
The Hellenic Armed Forces, in cooperation and coordination with the competent state agencies, assisted in the shipment of medical supplies to the affected country.
The operation was completed with the participation of a transport aircraft of the Hellenic Air Force (HAF) with the corresponding personnel, as well as personnel of the Special Warfare Command (DEP).
According to the announcement of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS), there was continuous monitoring, in real time, by the National Operations Center (ETCEPIX).
