A fire in a shed, wild vegetation and dry grass broke out at noon in a rural area near the village of Orounta, in Nicosia District, according to the Tweet of the Spokesman of the Fire Service, Andreas Ketti.

As he writes, 3 fire trucks from Nicosia Fire station, 1 from the Department of Forests and 1 from the Hunting and Wildlife Service are operating with their crews.

Moreover, he notes that water was dropped by an aircraft of the Department of Forests that was on patrol.
