INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
The Egyptian-Turkish political consultations are taking place today and tomorrow, May 5 and 6, according to the Egyptian Foreign Ministry.
According to a statement issued by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry last night, the political consultations between Egypt and Turkey will be led by the Egyptian Deputy Foreign Minister, Ambassador Hamdi Sanad Loza, and Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister, Ambassador Sedat Onal, on May 5 and 6 in Cairo.
According to the Egyptian Foreign Minister, “the exploratory talks will focus on the necessary steps that could lead to normalization of relations between the two countries in the bilateral and regional context.”
