Two were killed and three others were injured in Cincinnati, Ohio, where a gunman opened fire during an event on Sunday.

According to US media reports, there were reports of dozens of shootings across the country on July 4. Eight people were injured the same day by gunfire near a car wash in Fort Worth, Texas, after a fight between a group of men, according to a city police press release.

One of the men fled the scene during the fight, returned with a gun and started firing “at groups of people,” the police stated in a press release. Many of the people who were there responded by opening fire, according to the press release.

According to the Police, most of the victims are believed to be innocent bystanders who did not participate in the incident.
