The established Annual General Assembly of the Cyprus Army Officers Association (SAKS) is held today, December 16, at 17:00.
Due to the restrictive measures to stop the coronavirus pandemic, the General Assembly of SAKS will be held via video conference without the presence of official guests.
The General Assembly, which will be completed today, is exclusively addressed to the members of SAKS. Among other things, the questions that have been sent so far by the members of the Association will be answered.
The Assembly will begin with a speech by the president of SAKS, Mr. Giannis Malliotis, and a briefing on the work of the Board will be followed. Then, the financial report and the budget will be presented by the treasurer of the Association, Mr. Zacharias Papageorgiou.
Finally, the questions of the members of SAKS will be answered and there will be a discussion with final comments. Based on our information, the General Assembly will answer key questions, such as those related to promotions in the coming year 2021.
The members of the Association are invited to attend the meeting even online. The interested parties have already received relevant instructions for their participation and the submission of questions to the General Assembly.
